You can track the status of your order through the Order Tracking feature available on the ZALORA home page!
- on the ZALORA home page, go to "Account" and click on "Order Tracking"
- You will have to input your email address and your order number

I have gone to the order tracking page, but my order number is not found. Why?
The order tracking feature is available only once your products have been shipped. If your items have not been shipped yet (e.g. they are pending shipment from local sellers), then the order tracking feature will be unable to find your order number.
